Returns + Exchanges
Our store policy is NO refunds nor returns. However if you are unsatisfied an item may be exchanged within a 30 day period of purchase for a different item or size- provided that the original piece is in it's original condition and accompanied with receipt. Please email us at email@example.com
Purchases on sale days are final and cannot be exchanged.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN MERCHANDISE:
If a piece is damaged or broken within 30 days of purchase and is on account of a manufacturing issue on our part, we will gladly replace it.
After 30 days, if a piece is damaged or broken and not a result of manufacturing, please email us with images of the piece and we will see if there is anything we can do to repair it. Please note some additional cost may be necessary for repairs. Please be sure to provide proof of receipt.
